Here at Fort Bridger the Cherokee Trail ended as a separate trail. The wagon trains then followed existing trails to the California gold fields. If you wish, you may continue your virtual journey on the same trails by going to Echo Canyon on the California Trail Clickable Map produced by Lesley Wischmann for the Oregon-California Trails Association. One caution: Since you are leaving this site you will have to use the back button on your browser to come back . But you know how to do that! |
| Congratulations, you made it to Fort Bridger on the California Trail. If you want to continue to California go to Echo Canyon on OCTA's California Trail Map | ||
